Session roaming

When an agent session ends mid-task, 0dai can persist handoff notes so the next agent (or the same agent on another machine) continues without re-discovery.

Commands

• 0dai session save — write handoff to ai/manifest/
• 0dai session resume — load prior context into the active CLI
• MCP save_session / roaming tools on Pro tier
